PROFESSIONAL SUPPORT AND PROSPECTS OF TRAINING FUTURE TEACHERS TO ORGANIZE EDUCATIONAL WORK IN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL

Annotation: Based on the research materials, in line with the stated theme, the publication reflects the results and main characteristics of the systematization of the issues related to the professional support of training future teachers to organize educational work in elementary general education. The authors separately describe the prospects of such training in a classical university, such as Bunin Yelets State University, which celebrates its 150th anniversary in 2024. The mentioned prospects are presented in the article on the basis of carefully preserved best traditions and actively developed innovations in this direction. In the text of the publication the concepts of pedagogical support, psychological and pedagogical support, tutor support, and professional support are given, their features are analyzed and described. The procedural filling of the vector of professional support is offered; the attitude of future teachers to the organization of educational work in elementary school is determined on the basis of the conducted survey; the meaning and essence of educational work in educational organization are established; the most effective, in our opinion, methods and forms of educational work in elementary school are described; the degree of satisfaction of respondents, participants of the survey, with the quality of educational work organization in higher education institution, which acts as a kind of example of organizing educational work in future, is characterized. The signs are listed and the degree of readiness of the university graduates studying in the bachelor’s degree of 44.03.05 “Pedagogical Education (with two profiles of training)” to the organization of educational work in elementary general education is indicated. The prospects of training future teachers to organize educational work in elementary school are identified and characterized. Materials for publication are prepared within the framework of the federal innovation platform “Model of innovative training of pedagogical staff on the profile ‘organization of educational work’ in a classical university” at Bunin Yelets State University.
