Annotation: |
The article discusses the features of developing
teamwork skills of high school students in the House of Scientific
Collaboration named after M. P. Khabaev. The model
of informal education itself the House of Scientific Collaboration
is considered established in Russia, since the federal
project “Success of Every Child” has been operating in the
country since 2018, and there are 30 centers in the Russian
Federation. The authors provide a brief overview of the activities
of the Houses of Scientific Collaboration, present a variety
of additional general educational development programs that
are implemented in the centers, describe the conditions for
developing soft skills of students, including the ability to work
in a team. The authors summarize the concept of the ability
to work in a team and provide a list of skills that contribute
to its development: rapid adaptation to new conditions and
new people, building a constructive dialogue, emotional intelligence,
willingness to listen to others, finding compromises
in communication and activities. Teamwork is considered by
the authors as a joint organized activity of a group of people,
during which a single collective goal is achieved, and collective responsibility for the result is shared. The article examines
the specifics of team formation in the centers, taking into
account their different age composition. Among the important
pedagogical methods of organizing team project activities,
the creation of a favorable psychological atmosphere by the
group leader and adherence to the traditional technology of
developing teamwork skills are noted. The authors conducted
an empirical study of the effectiveness of team project work,
analyzed the results of in-depth interviews with participants
in group interaction, drew conclusions, and noted the most
successful projects that received high expert evaluation at
all-Russian competitions and conferences. |
