APPLICATION OF THE CONCEPT OF A MODULAR VALUE CHAIN SYSTEM IN THE ORGANIZATION OF VALUE CREATION PROCESSES IN THE MODERN ECONOMY

| Annotation: | In modern conditions, when economic boundaries are blurred, and global chains of production and distribution of goods are becoming more complex, the role of organizing value creation processes is increasing. The article is devoted to the application of the concept of a modular system of value chains in the organization of value creation processes in the modern economy. Value chains are a complex process that includes all stages of production — from raw materials to the final consumer — taking into account the value added at each stage. This allows you to create products and services that truly meet the needs of the market and consumers, taking into account their preferences, requests and value orientations. In the context of modern economic development and the consumer market, value chains are becoming an important tool for increasing the competitiveness of companies and ensuring sustainable business development. The methodological basis of the work is the analysis of current scientific publications. In addition, the results of the article are based on data from domestic and international statistics, annual reports on the state of economic development in Russia and abroad. The object of research is the concept of a modular system of value chains. The article reveals that the mechanisms of shortening value chains using a modular approach represent a set of strategies and tools aimed at optimizing the structure of production and logistics processes. Special attention is paid in the article to the key mechanisms of value chain shortening. In this context, the following issues are considered: vertical integration of individual modules, the use of advanced manufacturing technologies, optimization of logistics processes using digital technologies and artificial intelligence, transition to a direct sales model using digital platforms, the development of circular business models involving the reuse and recycling of materials, the use of blockchain technologies. The results of the work contribute to the development of the theory of value chains. | ||
