IMPROVEMENT OF CORPORATE MEASURES TO INCREASE THE BIRTH RATE IN THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

| Annotation: | In the Russian Federation, the issues of stimulating birth rate remain relevant and interrelated issues, the solution of which is necessary to achieve national goals by 2030. An increase in the total birth rate to 1.6 by 2030, necessary to achieve the national goal of population conservation, according to the forecast of Rosstat of Russia, is expected only by 2036 (according to a favorable scenario). The measures developed and implemented by the Government of the Russian Federation are almost always of a state nature and do not take into account business opportunities that can be aimed at combining the childbearing, educational and labor functions of women in modern society, as well as increasing housing affordability. The purpose of the scientific work is to develop additional economic measures implemented by the business community and aimed at achieving the national goal of increasing birth rate and housing affordability in the Russian Federation. The article analyzes financial factors and the factor of housing affordability, their impact on birth rate using general scientific methods. Taking into account the results of sociological research, the fact of competition among modern women of reproductive age of family and professional attitudes is shown. Based on the analysis of factors and the results of sociological research, the directions of participation of enterprises and other forms of business in solving the problem of raising birth rate through the implementation of measures to combine childbearing, educational and labor functions of women, as well as through increasing the housing affordability through the formation of a corporate fund of rental housing, provided to families with children at a preferential rental rate. | ||
