STRATEGIC APPROACHES TO INNOVATION DEVELOPMENT IN INTEGRATED CORPORATE STRUCTURES

The article discusses strategic approaches to innovation management in integrated corporate structures. It is shown that in the process of innovation, business uses internal and external additional resources to achieve indicators of innovative development. For an effective innovation management system of a company, it is necessary to comprehensively take into account the factors affecting the entire process of its innovation activity. The importance of integrated innovation management is understood as the desire of an integrated corporate structure to create value by focusing on improving competitiveness. It is proved that in the strategic management system, when introducing innovations to the market and presenting them to consumers, it is important to take into account the specifics of business development. A special place is occupied by such components as a modernized material and technical base, knowledge-intensive production processes, diversified resource provision and other key factors. The industry in which the company operates also plays an important role, as it determines its ability to meet economic and social interests. It is shown that innovations characterize the processes of transfer of resources, knowledge and new practices between organizations and external economic entities, which makes it possible to organize their interaction within the framework of an innovative environment. Cooperation between universities and large corporate structures has become an important approach to innovation, bringing together students, scientific communities and enterprises through joint initiatives. It is proved that the effectiveness of integrated corporate structures is based on an internal ecosystem for stimulating and integrating innovative activity into business processes. It is concluded that the innovativeness of the corporate structure means its ability to create and implement innovations, as well as to master new developments, which is associated with involvement in innovative processes.
