ECONOMIC SECURITY OF A SHIPBUILDING ENTERPRISE IN MODERN RUSSIAN REALITIES

| Annotation: | In the conditions of an unstable economic situation and increasing threats of an external and internal nature, ensuring the economic security of shipbuilding enterprises becomes a priority task. To solve the problem, it is necessary to develop an effective set of measures aimed at protecting from financial risks. The article is devoted to the analysis of the main aspects of economic security of shipbuilding enterprises in Russia and the development of methodological approaches to its provision on the example of one of the key shipbuilding companies. The research involves data on the economic activity of the Russian Federation in the field of GDP, showing that the water industry is an important part of the country’s economy. Formulas for calculating financial stability, market stability, as well as a formula for calculating the efficiency coefficient of personnel management of water industry enterprises have become a methodological technique for building a rational model of economic security of a shipbuilding cluster. The study shows that the use of a theoretical approach in the management of shipbuilding companies contributes to the rationalization of the management activities of shipbuilding organizations. This indicates that for the development of the water industry, it is necessary to pay attention not only to improving the implementation of the latest technologies, but also to improving the efficiency of the management staff. Improving the management system is also a key factor for increasing the competitiveness of the industry and subsequently attracting a large number of investments in the shipbuilding sector. In conclusion, the importance of adapting to a changing external environment, introducing advanced management technologies, developing human resources and creating an effective risk management system to minimize threats and bring the enterprise to a high level of technological maturity and economic sustainability is emphasized. | ||
