The author continues the research presented in her previous publications on various aspects of the formation of a sustainable safe work culture of construction industry specialists in the system of additional education. Modern additional education is a necessary part of continuing education, developing professional competences, providing for personal and social growth. In modern system of additional education, due to growing demand for greater diversification and individualization of training, the requirements for the educational process are increasing in order to better meet professional needs of future specialists. The system of additional education is developing by adapting to the needs of society. The role of digital technologies and interdisciplinary approaches is growing, and the importance of individual educational trajectories for realizing the potential of students in sought-after areas is increasing. In the contextof technological progress and increased risks in construction, the training of personnel capable of effectively managing hazards and minimizing injuries is becoming particularly relevant. The author analyzes the structural components of the formation of a sustainable culture of safe work, including cognitive, information-communicative and reflexive-evaluative aspects. The role of additional education in the development of competences related to compliance with regulatory requirements, social interaction and risk assessment is emphasized. Special attention is paid to the historical evolution of additional education in Russia, its legal foundations and modern challenges such as digitalization and individualization of education. The article points out the shortcomings of the existing personnel training system, including the weak link between education and production and the low involvement of employees in risk management. Practical measures to improve the system of additional education are proposed, including the development of specialized techniques, taking into account the behavioral characteristics of employees and strengthening the role of personalized learning. The conclusion is drawn about the need for an interdisciplinary approach and integration of efforts of educational institutions, employers and the state to create a sustainable safety culture in the construction industry. |
