Annotation:

Modern trends in the digitalization of education and the introduction of innovative technologies necessitate a revision of the content, methods, and forms of training future teachers. In the context of the transformation of the educational system, the formation of the project-heuristic competence among students of pedagogical specialties acquires particular importance, as it is considered a key condition for their professional readiness to work in a dynamically changing educational environment. In this regard, the information and educational environment (IEE) of a university functions not only as a technical tool for organizing the learning process but also as a system-forming factor that determines the quality of education, the opportunities for students’ self-development, as well as the advancement of their research and project skills. This study identifies contemporary approaches to the construction of the IEE, which can be grouped into three key areas: structural and pedagogical support, the development of the project-heuristic competence, and the use of digital educational platforms. Special attention is paid to psychological and pedagogical principles that ensure the development of cognitive activity, critical thinking, creativity, and the ability to conduct independent research. The importance of systematically integrating digital technologies, heuristic methods, and practice-oriented models of learning into a unified educational system is emphasized. The findings of this study demonstrate that an innovative IEE actively contributes to the formation of professional competences among students of pedagogical specialties, including the ability to design heuristic educational processes, make independent decisions, and apply modern teaching methodologies. Thus, the IEE can be regarded as a fundamental element in the preparation of a new generation of teachers, aligned with the requirements of digital educational transformation and opening prospects for the renewal of pedagogical practice.
