Annotation: The article discusses the author’s model of professional and personal leadership competences that directly influence the enhancement of managerial performance. In an environment of high competition and rapidly accelerating socio-economic changes, modern organizations require a new type of leader — one capable of combining strategic thinking with flexibility, emotional intelligence, and the ability to inspire teams. Traditional approaches to management assessment and development often fail to provide a comprehensive analysis of leadership qualities, which highlights the need for an integrated model that considers the interconnection between professional and personal dimensions of managerial effectiveness. The study aims to develop a holistic concept of leadership competences that unites professional skills, strategic vision, and personal maturity. The theoretical foundation of the model is based on leading concepts of modern leadership, as well as the author’s more than twenty years of practical experience in supporting management teams of Russian companies. The model is built around a coordinate system that includes four key parameters — idea, context, tasks, and relationships — and eight efficiency vectors that reflect the balance between strategy, processes, culture, and leader authenticity. On this basis, twelve interrelated competences forming a continuous cycle of leadership development are identified. The article details the structure and logic of the model, its relation to systemic leadership theory, and presents the results of a pilot study confirming its effectiveness in enhancing managerial competence and leadership awareness.
