PRACTICAL PATHWAYS FOR INNOVATION AND ENTREPRENEURSHIP EDUCATION IN CHINESE UNIVERSITIES IN THE ERA OF DIGITAL INTELLIGENCE

Annotation:

At the present stage of civilizational development, a transition is occurring from the information society to an era characterized by the dominance of digital intelligence. Progress in big data processing and the development of artificial intelligence systems is significantly impacting the higher education system, necessitating the modernization of technological infrastructure and changes in approaches to specialist training. Simultaneously, this creates favorable conditions for the development of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education (IEE). In Chinese higher education institutions, IEE plays a central role in the process of reforming the educational system, which is oriented towards equipping students with the competences and skills necessary to successfully adapt to the dynamically changing labor market, enhance graduate competitiveness, and ensure the implementation of the national strategy for innovationdriven development. This paper investigates the transformation of IEE in Chinese universities, tracing its evolution from the initial stage focused on developing practical business skills to the contemporary model that integrates creative thinking, digital competencies, and entrepreneurial activity. The challenges faced by IEE in the context of digital intelligence development are examined, along with the practical achievements demonstrated by Chinese universities amid digitalization. The analysis indicates that, in the context of the proliferation of digital intelligence, IEE in Chinese universities is actively adapting to modern demands. This adaptation is achieved through the expansion of digital infrastructure, the updating of educational models and methodologies, the improvement of educational programs, the strengthening of faculty expertise, and the integration of industrial and educational activities. Summarizing the experience accumulated by Chinese universities in the field of IEE during the period of digital intelligence development allows for the proposal of practical recommendations for the advancement of this area in higher education institutions of other countries.
