FOSTERING THE VALUES OF MILITARY COMRADESHIP AMONG GRADUATES OF THE ROSGVARDIYA MILITARY ACADEMY (INSTITUTES)

The article is devoted to developing collectivist qualities among cadets of higher military education institutions of the National Guard troops (Rosgvardiya), including the values of military comradeship, as well as the formation of cadet educational groups as collectives. The article reveals the essence of an educational collective (an educational collective of students is understood as a training platoon of cadets with cohesion, a healthy moral and psychological climate, conditions for self-improvement of each young person, the highest possible performance in all areas); the stages that educational groups go through in their development (community of microgroups within departments, intergroup comradeship among departments of cadets, cadet brotherhood in a platoon, officer brotherhood as identification with the National Guard troops); criteria by which the development of cadet training platoons can be assessed (cohesion, which includes value unity, emotional unity, volitional unity, intellectual unity, organizational unity, moral and psychological climate, conditions for self-realization; productivity). The article presents the results of a study of the collectivist qualities among graduates from 2022-2024 of all military units of the Rosgvardiya Military Order of Zhukov Academy of the National Guard troops of the Russian Federation, Novosibirsk Military Order of Zhukov Institute of the National Guard troops of the Russian Federation named after Army General I. K. Yakovlev, Saratov Military Order of Zhukov Red Banner Institute of the National Guard troops of the Russian Federation, Perm Military Institute of the National Guard troops of the Russian Federation devoted to the study of motivational and competence readiness among young officers to develop their subordinate platoons as collectives. It showed that after graduation from the Military Academy of the National Guard troops, lieutenants understand the relevance of this activity, have the necessary system of knowledge and skills related to the issues of a military (educational) collective, received in the process of studying at a military institute (academy), they display collectivist qualities, serve as custodians of military comradeship values and exemplify professionalism.
