In modern conditions of threat from external forces
to Russia, conducting a special military operation, cadets
of military universities should have the skills to modernize
weapons, quickly simulate combat, and so on. In this regard,
future officers should be trained for the integrated application
of modeling in professional activities based on information technology,
and their appropriate competence should be formed.
This requires the development of an adequate pedagogical technology
for the formation of the modeling competence among
cadets of military universities. Based on sound approaches (technological, activity-
based, integrative, systemic) and principles (continuity,
optimality; integration; hierarchy; focus on the final result;
activities; synergy of methods, forms and means, etc.), a technology
for the formation of the competence in application
of modeling in professional activities among military university
cadets has been designed, which includes methodological,
information technology, and final diagnostic components.
The methodological component contains the purpose
of teaching, a hierarchy of methodological approaches and
principles for technology development; pedagogical conditions
conducive to the formation of competence. The information
technology component implies the stages of competence
formation in the application of modeling; the content
of learning, which is an information component; the synergy
of technologies, methods, forms, and means of learning.
The final diagnostic component includes competence assessment
criteria and indicators (internalized values and aspirations
of cadets to apply modeling in military professional
activities, taking into account the experience of the special
military operation, acquired knowledge and skills in solving
professional tasks in the field of modeling using digital
technologies, the ability to determine the level of their own
knowledge and skills in modeling, the use of digital technologies
in creating models, the use of modeling in military
professional activities, taking into account the special military
operation). This component also includes the r esult.
The technology presented in the article for the formation
of modeling competence among cadets of military universities
can be applied in the process of cadet training, in the development
and implementation of educational programs for future
officers, and in assessing the quality of cadet training. |
