This article explores the application of quantum
technologies to optimize the work of large companies and banks
with investment portfolios. In recent years, major Russian companies
such as Russian Railways, Gazprom, and Rosneft have
been implementing long-term projects with large budgets,
for which finding and securing funding is a challenge, especially
in conditions of limited budget financing. Russia’s financial
sector, which provides funding for such projects, has to cope
with external threats and sanctions. Modern technologies are
coming to their aid, with quantum technologies playing a particularly
important role.
This article examines the practical application of these technologies
in large businesses and their potential. Special attention
is paid to the use of quantum technologies in risk management
of large projects, thanks to which complex and accurate
calculations are carried out in a shorter time, which makes
it possible to speed up the solution of complex multifactorial
tasks of calculating risks and determining tools for minimizing
them, optimizing resource allocation, logistics, and investment
portfolios. These technologies will also be used in the transmission
and protection of information. However, for the successful
implementation and development of quantum technologies,
appropriate infrastructure and highly qualified specialists
are required, which in turn requires government assistance
and support in scaling up existing developments in the field
of quantum technologies, creating and developing research
laboratories, and restructuring the education system to train
the necessary specialists. The scientific novelty of this study lies in defining the role
of quantum technologies in modern project activities. The results
of this research can be useful for both enterprises and banks in developing
large-scale projects and for risk management purposes. |
