| Annotation: | The paper discusses the essence of technical innovations and their importance at the enterprise of a building complex. The introduced indices show that the whole innovative policy of an enterprise depends on the efficiency of the use of the technical innovations. It is also necessaiy to point out that the given calculation methods can be used to the calculation of efficiency indices of the use of all other types of innovations too. |
