Annotation:

The author of the article reviews the way of how the crisis at the labor market misbalances economic, political, ideological (moral) subsystems of society that closely interrelated with each other. Growing problems at the labor market, without the state assistance, can lead to serious social and economic consequences. Inability of people to earn money for the well-deserved way of living generates aggression, deviant behavior of economically active population. Nowadays the development, implementation of well-coordinated policy aimed at activation of population and increase of elasticity of the labor market as a whole is significantly important and serious.
