The article has demonstrated, how method of individual supervision through the prism of gender equality contribute to development of gender tolerant behavior in the team; the advantages that manager obtains if acts as a supervisor of the personnel that he manages have been analyzed. It has been underlined, how individual supervision modeled by manager allows eliminating restrictions of its potential putting clients in positions of moderators and translators of the ideas of gender- tolerant behavior, which will contribute to increasing of the efficiency of personnel management.
