DETERMINATION OF THE BASIC TENDENCIES OF INFLUENCE OF ACTIVITY OF THE TRANSNATIONAL COMPANIES ON ECONOMIC SAFETY OF THE COUNTRY

In the modern conditions of development of the world economy and the general domination of the transnational companies, the issue of the degree of influence of their activity on the economic safety of the countries is raised more and more often. This article is devoted to the analysis of the said issue. The special accent in the article is made on the determination of interdependence between transnationalization and financial globalization in the modern post-crisis conditions of development of the world economy as to the basic threat to national and international economic safety. The world experience of use of innovative potential of the multinational corporation as the basis of formation of effective system of economic safety of the country has been reviewed.
