INFORMATION ACTIVTY, PSYCHOLOGICAL SUPPORT AND SOCIAL ADAPTATION OF THE UNEMPLOYED AS THE STRATEGIC TARGET OF THE STATE POLICY AT THE LABOR MARKET

Unemployment causes hard psychological damage to the unemployed steadily establishing unprotected strata of population. It is not easy for a man to find a new job under serious stress. That’s why the interests of the unemployed must be defended by the state institutionsthe population employment centers, which mission is providing free state services: psychological support, social adaptation of the unemployed. The author of the article has reported how the employment department carries out the support to the unemployed, and stated the effectiveness of the government policy of the population employment in Volgograd region based on the reported data.
