Food security is an integral part of the economic well-being and the fundamental direction of the national security of any state. It is a priority trend of the state policy, as it covers a wide range of national, economic, social, demographic and ecological factors. In this regard, the issues of formation of the effective system of financial support of the agricultural sector become critical. The article has reviewed the principles, on which basis it is expedient to establish and fulfill the financial support of the demands of the expanded reproduction of the agricultural sector of the economy.
