EVOLUTIONARY-GENETIC APPROACH TO CREATION OF THE SYSTEM OF REGIONAL SECURITY INDICATORS

The system of indicators of the regional safety is justified from the point of view of evolution-genetic approach. Regional safety is structured and includes such types of safety as personal safety, production safety, ecological safety, legal safety, organizational-economic safety, information safety. Regional safety (SCR) has been described as a function of the population life quality (QL) and its economic activity (EA) in municipal entities located in the region. The factor structure of the baseline and relative indices of the life quality and economic activity of the population in municipal entities has been reviewed. The development and implementation of the programs of providing regional safety requires establishment of regional GIS and the active use of resources of the data that characterizes the natural resources and socio-economic potential of the region.
