| Annotation: | The article has reviewed the personality of criminal – medical professionals, who has committed a crime by negligence, which caused damage to life and health of the patient or his death. The article has defined the specificity of the subject of crime: who is the medical professional, what are his professional peculiarities, whether medical professional is official. The brief analysis of the medical professional, the official of medical organization, has been performed. The characteristics of the crimes committed by negligence by medical professionals have been studied, the term “medical error” has been defined, the subject guilt has been determined. |
