The article is devoted to examination of the legal facts, the totality of which is the basis for termination of ownership for a dwelling due to withdrawal of the land plot for the state and municipal needs. The article has analyzed the key legal enactments that endorse the possibility for the state and local governments to make decision regarding withdrawal of the land plot for the state and municipal needs, as well as all facilities closely connected with the land plot; the article has attempted to determine the nature of the agreement on procurement of residential premises due to withdrawal of the land plot; several points of view of scientists-lawyers working in this area have been reviewed. The conclusion about the phasing of the legal facts, the totality of which is the basis for termination of the ownership rights for residential premises due to withdrawal of the land plot, on which it is located, has been made at the end of article.
