State-Legal Policy of the Russian government concerning the trade corporations in XVII–XVIII centuries

Annotation:

This article is dedicated to arrangement and activity of commercial and industrial corporations in Russia in XVIII century. This article focuses on historical conditions of the origin of Russian corporate business activity as an object of legal regulations, as well as on the social-economic and political-legal forces that determined its evolution and the place of corporations in the legal entities system; reveals the main directions of Russian government activity in terms of social enterprises establishment in Russia. This project uncovers the main and distinctive features of the corporate form of economic associations’ introduction in Russia and the Western Europe in the New Age period. The author emphasizes the specifics of legal status of the corporate organizations and legal changes incorporated into the Russian legislation during their development, the relationship between their participants, as well as their relations with the state authorities.
