Annotation:

The article is devoted to justification of the necessity of using the customer-oriented approach to the company management. The content of the customer-oriented system of the company management has been revealed; the preconditions of implementation of the customer-oriented approach in the actual practice have been justified. The comparative characteristic of different conceptual approaches to the industrial company management has been performed; the evolution of development of relations between the clients and the producers has been examined. The factors preventing optimal company orientation to the client have been found out. The comparative analysis of he old and new models of company management has been performed; the conclusions have been provided.
