Annotation:

The article is devoted to comparative analysis of the criminal legislation of Germany, Holland, France, Poland, Japan, Turkey and the countries-participants of the Commonwealth of independent States (CIS) in the sphere of ensuring the safety rules during mining, construction or other activities. The general provisions for development of the criminal-legal norms providing for responsibility for violation of the safety regulations in this area of activity have been determined. The generic subject of such crimes are public relations in the area of the public safety; the additional objects are life, health and property. In contrast to the domestic criminal legislation, many countries establishes the responsibility for violation of the safety rules during design activities together with the responsibility for illegal activities in construction.
