Methodical bases of assessment of the regional economic systems clustering potential

In up-to-date conditions the economics clustering intensifying interactions of its economic entities and giving new impulses to the regions development, is one of the key factors of increasing of their competitiveness. The problem of regional clusters identification and evaluation is one of the insufficiently studied ones, which is connected, first of all, with the complication of the region as the economical system having the whole set of diversified characteristics. The principal scheme and algorithm of complex evaluation of the regional economic systems clustering potential is proposed and tested in the present job that includes estimation and analysis of the indicators of production and resources, personnel, investment and financial potentials. The possible structure of the petrochemical cluster is established; and the effects of its creation on each participant of the cluster and the entire region are determined.
