Peculiarities of management of dairy production

The article examines the peculiarities of the dairy production management. The consolidated classification of the management decisions affecting productivity in the most significant way is presented on the basis of detected peculiarities of the domestic dairy production management. Classification groups of management decisions have been determined: biological processes, technological processes, and technical equipment with machinery and appliances. Classification of external and internal factors affecting decision-making has been studied. The urgent issues preventing the domestic dairy production development have been revealed. The factors of growth of dairy production at the macro and micro-levels have been defined in terms of the Russian Federation membership in the World Trade Organization.
