TRANSACTION COSTS IN AGRICULTURAL LAND REGISTRATION

The article gives a comparison of different interpretations of the definition of transaction costs proposed by Russian and foreign researchers, and provides their classification. The authors examined the problem of transaction costs in agricultural land use; analysis of the causes of their occurrence at farms is presented during formation of land use by means of lands in common ownership, as well as during their use in agricultural production. Measures for reduction of the transaction costs value are proposed, as well as necessity of clear distinguishing of the property rights for effective conduct of business, when significant role in this process is given to the State.
