| Annotation: | The article provides for the main provisions of the research devoted to comparative legal analysis of environmental legislation of the Russian Federation and legal enactments of the states-members of OECD. The author has performed examination of the key regulatory legal enactments in the area of waste management, use of economic tools in environmental policy, providing for ecological and industrial safety, environmental monitoring, providing access to ecological information; and conclusion is made about necessity to use information about advanced experience of application of environmental legislation of the states-members of OECD for further modernization of environmental legislation of Russia. |
