REVIEW OF THE REGIONAL SCIENTIFIC-PRACTICAL CONFERENCE «ACTUAL ISSUES OF ELECTORAL LAW AND THE ELECTORAL PROCESS»

Volgograd Business Institute is working hard on legal education of the young voters within the frame of implementation of the Youth electoral concept, as well as carries out public legal control over the elections. Since 2013 the ALL-Russian public movement «For Lawful Elections» has been operating on the basis of Volgograd Business Institute. The Center for election law and process was opened the Institute in 2014 (head of the Center is doctor of law, Professor, honored lawyer of the Russian Federation P. V. Anisimov). Students of Volgograd Business Institute (Shaimardanov Timur, Abbasova Angelina) became members of the Youth election Commission of Volgograd region.

All this has allowed the Institute in cooperation with the Election Commission of the Volgograd region to become the basic platform for carrying out the conference on actual issues of the electoral law and electoral process in the region.
