Annotation:

Management of professional development of teachers of the educational institution is characterized as a process of their professional self-improvement and as a complicated functional system of the subject subject interaction directed on achievement of new desirable result of professional development / self-development while keeping stability and quality. Advantages and restrictions of participative management as the perspective theory of management are marked out. The principles of participative management, which implementation increases its efficiency, are defined. It is shown that management based on the participative approach provides for humanistic and democratic principles of co-managing in development of the alternative decisions connected with professional development of teachers of the educational institution.
