THE PHILOSOPHY OF THE ECONOMIC MANAGEMENT MECHANISM

The authors of this scientific article describe the historical background of the economic mechanism. The distinctive features of the economic mechanism are defined compared to the mechanism of management. The substantiation of the feasibility of development of the economic management mechanism in the status of the disciplinary matrix as the roadmap for the executive authorities is provided. The notion of ‘philosophy of the mechanism of economic management’ is examined. The mechanism of economic management is revealed, which is an instrument, means of development and implementation of the social policy of the state involving the interaction of three parameters: target indicators – policy instruments – model of socio-economic system (farms). The blocks (links), subsystems of various functional purposes (instrumental use) are distinguished in the economic management mechanism.
