Annotation:

The authors justify their own point of view on some of the questions the objectivity and effectiveness of operation and control of food complex in the context of the economic and industrial potential. To date, there are numerous studies to address the efficiency of production capacity. Currently, there are serious changes in innovative regional development strategies. After the cancellation policy of scheduling significantly increased the role of regional economic development programs. It determines the need for adequate assessment of the economic and industrial potential in the industry in the region, thereby determining the relevance of the scientific article.
