| Annotation: | The article describes the main problems of development of investment and innovative activity in the modern conditions. Dynamics of the Russia's investment attractiveness is examined based on assessments of the international rating agencies and the world Bank, as well as the investment attractiveness of the Kurgan region, the state of investment and innovation activity, and small business development. The opportunities for development of investment and innovative activity in the conditions of economic crisis are studied, in particular, of the small innovative business. The necessity of the state support of small business development is justified; the main forms of support of the investment and innovation activity development are analyzed. |
