Annotation:

This article discusses the issues of innovative development of an enterprise by means of management of the employees’ innovative potential. The link between increasing of the employees’ labor efficiency and development of employees’ innovative activity is revealed. It was determined that implementation of the employees’ innovative capacity is demonstrated in the form of innovations, new solutions, and original performances. The basic principles of management of the innovative potential and its functions in the conditions of innovative development of the enterprise are examined. Assessment of the employees’ innovative potential is underlined as the key component of the company personnel management; the elements of the innovative capacity structure are identified. It is concluded that the employees’ innovative potential plays an important role in improving the labor efficiency and the company economic growth.
