| Annotation: | Author analyzes the legal nature of warnings and admonitions of the antimonopoly authority as means of antitrust control. The article contains analysis of prerequisites for their application, Russian jurisprudence, identifies their common and different inherent features. The author believes that in practice the instruments in question have no legal effect; partially this is due to the mistakes of the applying authorities and inherent defects of the instruments. |
