| Annotation: | Energy service contract is one of the promising tools for implementation of the measures for improvement the energy efficiency of the enterprise. The market of energy services in Russia is developing very slowly, which is associated with a large number of risks arising in the process of implementation of the energy service contract. On the basis of analysis of experience of implementation of the energy service contracts in Russia and research in this area, this article classifies the main risks arising in the process of implementation of the energy service contracts, highlighted specific risks associated with the activity. |
