| Annotation: | The article states that the solution of modern social and economic tasks becomes possible by means of self-employment of citizens, which concept has no legal determination so far are reasoned, and its legal properties are insufficiently studied by the civil science. The author’s determination of the concept of «self-employment of citizens» is formulated and proved that it has civil properties as it is implemented by participants of civil circulation — citizens, arises regarding the objects of the civil laws, is regulated by means of the civil tools and is classified as the process of implementation of the civil rights. The ratio of self-employment of citizens with an economic, business and labor activity comes to light. |
