| Annotation: | The article reveals the reasons and justifies the interdisciplinary nature of entrepreneurial legal relations on the example of the relation of private detective activity. On the result of comparative-legal analysis of detective services, the author proves that private detective can serve as a participant of the civil-legal, labor, information-legal, criminal-legal, criminal-proceeding, administrative-legal, and other legal relations obtaining the rights and liabilities corresponding to these relations. The problems of rendering detective services are detected, and the ways of their resolution are proposed. |
