| Annotation: | The purpose of this article is a complex scientific and practical study of such notary actions, as imposing and removal of prohibition of property alienation, which is examined from the standpoint of the concept of the notary protection of civil rights. Insufficient knowledge of the problem show that the existing doctrinal views require theoretical revision, and the stated notary act and issues associated with it demand new academic understanding. |
