THE ESSENTIAL TERMS OF THE CONTRACT OF THE AUTHOR’S ORDER

| Annotation: | The article identifies the main areas of concern related to establishing the essential conditions necessary for execution of the contract of the author’s order. The conditions of the subject, price and term of the contract of the author’s order are examined. The concept of «grace period» is analyzed. The cases of its application are studied. It is proved that essential terms of the contract of the author’s order include the subject and the date. Conditions of the subject, terms, and price are essential for the paid contract of the author’s order. Proposals for improvement of legislation in this area are made as a result of investigation. |
