| Annotation: | The article examines the problems of interaction between universities and employers in the process of implementing the federal state educational standards. The possibility of improving this interaction on the basis of the dual system of training is explored. The article studies the basic principles of dual education in relation to higher education in the Republic of Bashkortostan. The prospects of using the dual model of education in preparing the masters of economics and management in the Republic of Bashkortostan are outlined and the conditions for its successful introduction into practice are determined. |
