ECONOMIC-MATHEMATICAL MODEL CULTURAL INDUSTRY SUPPORT — INTEGRATED SERVICE COMPLEXES

In the framework of the support mechanism for the CI, the several components are examined: classification of cultural services; classification of the cultural industries market; formation of the complex of the cultural industry (CI) services system; state support, forms of public-private support (PPP); risk minimization; formation and implementation of the programs of cultural services within the integrated service systems (IntegSS). Economic support includes the following main elements: assessment of the potential of CI; formation of information-analytical database (IADB) of CI; creation of economic-mathematical models of CI services support; optimization of costs (creating CI IntegSS); enhancement of CI efficiency (economic, social, and cultural).
