MODERNIZATION OF ORGANIZATIONAL SUPPORT OF THE PENAL CORRECTION SYSTEM SAFETY

The article examines the problem of improvement of organizational support of the penal correction system safety (hereinafter PCS). Based on different points of view stated in the science and results of the conducted research, amending and developing them, the authors propose specific recommendations for improvement of the measures of organizational and legal nature aimed at increasing efficiency of activities for ensuring safety of the penal correction system. In particular, improvement of the organizational bases of safety of the penal correction system assumes reconsideration at the conceptual level of the role of organizational component and the value of the issues of the specified safety.
