THE NEED FOR PROFESSIONAL AND APPLIED PHYSICAL TRAINING OF STUDENTS OF AVIATION OCCUPATION FOR MASTERING PROFESSION IN MODERN CONDITIONS

Annotation:

The study confirms that the existing system of professional training of future civil aviation professionals requires close attention. The paper considers the factors influencing the need for professional and applied physical training of students of aviation occupation for mastering profession in modern conditions. The article substantiates that the level of psychophysiological preparation of a University graduate for the forthcoming professional activity acquires not only personal, but also socioeconomic importance. Features of training of students of higher education institution in the specialties “Operation of aircrafts and organization of air traffic” and “Air navigation” are revealed. The directions of professionally-applied physical training of students of aviation occupation with the aim of emphasizing those qualities and skills, development of which will depend on the mastery of skills, increase efficiency, ensure professional longevity. Special attention is paid to psychophysical training of future specialists, including requirements for static and dynamic vestibular stability; psychological diagnosis of stress sensitivity; evaluation of spatial orientation; revealing the inadequacy of adaptive reactions of the body, including the identification of persons with symptoms of motion sickness in flight. The article shows the role of technology of modeling of the conditions of complex manifestations of psychophysical qualities in formation of a professional in aviation. The created models form the basis of preparation for performance of professional tasks. Approbation of the developed methods testifies: time of definition of spatial position was 2 times reduced at creation of deliberate spatial disorientation, time of decision-making on continuation of activity at an exit from a difficult situation that is an essential safety reserve in extreme conditions of flight was reduced in 2.5 times.
