DIGITALIZATION AS A NEW STAGE OF GENESIS OF THE HEALTHCARE SERVICES

The article is devoted to the development of health services in the conditions of digitalization of the economy. Over the past decade, the total number of producers of health services in Russia has decreased by almost 50 %. The reduction of the network of producers of health services in rural areas has led to the fact that many consumers of services — residents of rural areas are not available health services. The reasons that led to a decrease in the availability of health care services are insufficient funding necessary to cover the cost of services, a high percentage of depreciation of the material and technical base, low wages for specialists and service personnel, lack of development of information technologies. The study is relevant because the Genesis of the health care services in Russia in the conditions of digitalization of the economy is one of the important vectors of the state policy of the Russian Federation in the service sector, which is aimed at solving problematic issues of accessibility of health services for consumers living in remote areas of the subject of the Russian Federation. In accordance with the scientific problem, the purpose of the study was determined, which focuses on the study of the provision of health services to consumers who live in remote areas of the country in the conditions of digitalization of the economy and the development of directions for improving their provision. The methodological basis of the work was the synthesis and generalization of information, methods of economic and statistical analysis. The main result of the research is the development of an algorithm for providing healthcare services to patients from remote areas using information technology, which will provide new opportunities for the reorganization of this sphere in the provision of services, shifting the focus of diagnostic and Advisory services to the outpatient level, expanding the types of paid services, reducing the transport component for consumers of services when they receive them, securing specialists in district centers.
