TOOLS OF OPTIMIZATION OF THE SMALL-BUSINESS PROVIDING PROCESSES IN THE AGRO-INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX OF THE REGION

The article presents a study of the activities of small businesses in the region, reveals their importance, and offers specific tools for optimizing business processes in terms of information support for small businesses in the agro-industrial complex of the region. The question of building an integrated information system aimed at solving the problems facing the enterprise and is a reflection of the main business processes is considered. The importance of requirements to automation objects is revealed. Recommendations on the use of the business automation tool — software product “1C: Enterprise 8.2. Management of a small firm (UNF)” are proposed, which is designed to manage and maintain records in small business companies. The program includes the necessary functions for accounting, analysis, control and planning, which are easy to configure for the features of management and accounting in the company, which makes the work convenient. Having previously analyzed the existing sites of KFH of the Volgograd region, the authors proposed specific ways to improve them. A significant place in the article is occupied by the option of building and using the site for information support of the activities of the MFH “I am a farmer”. Detail the page “Main”, analyzed the proposed site tab: “How to be a farmer”, “News”, “Statistics”, “Forum”, a number of them presented on-screen forms. As an example, a variant of using mobile applications for smartphones is given, with the help of which it is possible to improve the automation of specialists work and save time on management and planning. The described application allows you to keep track of the movement and balance of goods, calculations, accounting of income and costs. Under the individual characteristics of a particular enterprise, it is possible to choose one of the described software-assistants or use them together. The considered tools of optimization of providing business processes of small business in agroindustrial complex of the region, applied comprehensively, can positively influence growth and development of business, for conducting effective activity at small and medium enterprises.
