DEVELOPMENT OF THE RUSSIAN COMPANIES’ POTENTIAL IN THE FIELD OF PRODUCTION AND EXPORT OF HIGH-TECH MEDICAL PRODUCTS

The article provides integrated information about development of medical technologies on the example of development and production of rehabilitation equipment in Russia and in the world. The relevance of the study is due to the need to address issues faced by the most developed and developing countries, including the Russian Federation, to improve the quality and life expectancy of the population. Physical and rehabilitation medicine is an integral part of the process of returning a person to an active life. In Russia, this area of medical science has been actively developing over the past few years. A number of state and federal target programs have been implemented or are in the process of implementation in the field of the creation and implementation of high-tech rehabilitation equipment. All this makes this segment attractive for both foreign and domestic manufacturers of medical equipment and rehabilitation equipment. However, the issues of increasing the competitiveness of the latter are insufficiently studied. First of all, it is necessary for the development of non-resource exports. The purpose of this study is to consider the main directions of development of the export potential of Russian manufacturers of high-tech medical equipment. To achieve this goal, the article successively solves a number of problems. A brief analysis of the structure of the growing market for rehabilitation services in Russia is given. The importance of economic and technical components in the development of the rehabilitation direction is noted. It is emphasized that in order to increase the competitiveness of domestic producers, it is necessary to develop their export potential and introduce project management. Information on the importance of participation in international exhibition projects is provided. The issues disclosed in this study are of practical importance for participants in the market of rehabilitation equipment and services, and the implementation of the results will increase the competitiveness of domestic manufacturers both in the domestic and foreign markets.
