Nowadays, in the system of scientific and practical knowledge, the issue of developing an inclusive educational environment in higher educational institutions remains little studied. The article touches the important problem of organizing competitive activities among students rated to the special medical group (SMG) and the main health group (MHG). The relevance of the study is justified by the need to search for the implementation and diversity of the competitive process through sports board games such as cornhole and culbutto. The aim of the study is to analyze competitive activities in these board sports games — cornhole and culbutto — in the system of higher professional education. The study focuses on the need to develop inclusive education in the system of higher educational institutions through physical education and health work. 24 boys and 24 girls from the main and special medical health groups took part in competitions in cornhole and culbutto. In total, 48 students (aged 17—20) took part in the study. The statistical significance of the differences in the experimental data obtained was checked against Fisher’s criterion and the percentage. The study revealed that the results of competitive activities of the special medical group students are more than 18 % higher than the results of girls and boys from the main health group. The effectiveness of the use of sports board games (cornhole and culbutto) in the implementation of inclusive education in higher educational institutions has been experimentally proved. The conclusion of the article is that sports board games are an accessible means of developing an inclusive educational environment.
