DIGITAL DEVELOPMENT OF INDUSTRIAL CLUSTER PLATFORMS IN CONDITIONS OF CORONAVIRUS PANDEMIC

Under the conditions of digitalization of the economy, the problem of increasing the efficiency of the development of enterprises of the industrial complex and the region’s economy as a whole becomes important. It is necessary to develop appropriate scientific approaches and mechanisms for the development of regional cluster economy based on the formation of digital industrial platforms. The aim of the research is to study the theoretical and practical aspects of improving the efficiency of modern industrial enterprises through the formation of digital platforms. The questions of formation and development of industrial clusters as the basis of cluster economic system in the region, providing deeper specialization and cooperation in the market of industrial goods deserve close attention. It was important to study the issues of improving the competitiveness of enterprises within the framework of the created integrative structures as industrial clusters and digital platforms. The scientific novelty is formulated in the main provisions achieved by the author in the process of the research. The methods of analysis, systematic approach and forecasting, logical and graphical methods of research, method of meaningful economic interpretation of the studied processes from the economic practice of improving the activities of enterprises are used in this study. A brief analysis of the activities of systemically important enterprises of the key sectors of the Samara region economy in the pandemic period, integrated into the industrial clusters is given. The study also made it possible to determine the need for interaction of the region’s industrial industry through digital platforms. The results aimed at developing the cluster economy of the region based on the formed digital industrial platforms during the coronavirus pandemic are obtained in this study. The results of the study will contribute to a more effective solution of practical problems in this area.
